In industries where a single contaminated batch can stop a production line — pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, food processing, water treatment and high-pressure pipeline systems — filtration is never a “standard part”. It is a process-critical barrier. Among all available media, stainless steel weave wire mesh has become one of the most trusted solutions for engineers who need predictable aperture, chemical resistance and long service life at the same time.
As a stainless steel woven wire mesh manufacturer since 1986, Kingdelong has spent over three decades refining how weave structure, wire diameter and alloy grade work together to deliver stable filtration in harsh conditions.
Unlike non-woven fiber or polymer filters, woven wire mesh has fixed, measurable openings. Mesh count, wire diameter and weave pattern are not random — they are engineered variables. That means filtration precision can be calculated before the mesh is installed, and the same mesh can often be cleaned, backwashed and reused.
Key advantages in demanding applications:
At Kingdelong, we do not treat “mesh” as one product. The weave pattern defines how the mesh performs:
🔹 Plain Weave Mesh
Warp and weft wires pass alternately over and under. It offers uniform square apertures, high permeability and cost-efficient performance — ideal for general liquid, air, powder sieving and pre-filtration.
🔹 Twill Weave Mesh
Each wire passes over two and under two. This allows heavier wire at the same mesh count, improving abrasion resistance and dimensional stability under pressure — a strong choice for vibrating screens and catalyst filtration.
🔹 Dutch Weave Mesh (Plain / Twill / Reverse)
Built with coarse warp wires and fine weft wires, Dutch weave creates a dense, wedge-shaped filtration layer. It achieves fine and ultra-fine filtration while keeping high tensile strength, making it suitable for high-pressure inline strainers, hydraulic oil filters and precision separation.
Filtration fails fastest when the alloy does not match the process fluid.
All Kingdelong stainless meshes use raw wire selected for wear resistance, acid/alkali resistance and thermal stability — then inspected under ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 controls.
Our stainless steel weave wire mesh and deep-processed filter parts are used in:
We supply mesh in rolls, cut plates, filter discs, cylinders, baskets and fully customized welded assemblies, with mesh range from coarse 1 mesh up to 635 mesh, and micron ratings defined by weave architecture.
Excellent filter ability does not come from material alone. It comes from matching:
Before mass production, Kingdelong’s engineering team verifies aperture geometry, checks wire tolerance and calculates pressure-drop expectations with the customer — so the mesh performs on site, not only on paper.
When the process cannot afford blur, clogging or unexpected replacement, stainless steel weave wire mesh gives engineers something rare: a filter medium that is measurable, cleanable and built to survive. The right combination of grade + weave + mesh count turns a simple roll of wire cloth into a reliable part of your process safety system.
